Richard Roos-Collins Appointed as General Counsel of the Klamath River Renewal Corporation

Richard Roos-Collins was today appointed as General Counsel of the Klamath River Renewal Corporation. This corporation implements the Klamath Hydroelectric Settlement Agreement (2016) to undertake nation’s largest dam removal effort. When completed, the project will restore anadromous fisheries and enhance the welfare of the agricultural, tribal, and other communities in the Klamath Basin. From 2006 - 2016, Mr. Roos-Collins represented American Rivers, California Trout, and Sustainable Northwest in the negotiation of the agreement.
