Portland attorney to speak on agreement

James Buchal, a Portland attorney who has participated in waterrelated litigation in the Klamath Basin on behalf of irrigators, will be among speakers at public meeting on the proposed Klamath Basin Restoration Agreement.

The meeting will be at 3 p.m. Monday at Reames County Club.
Edward Bartell, president of the Klamath Off-Project Water Users, said others will also speak at the meeting, but most of the time will be allotted to Buchal.
