Subject: NCRWQCB Water Quality Permit Program

On November 6, 2014, at 6 pm, at the  Tulelake Firehouse (1 Ray Oehlerich Way, Tulelake, CA 96134),  Tulelake Irrigation District (TID) and the Lava Beds - Butte Valley Resource Conservation District (RCD) will hold a public meeting to provide information about the Water Quality Permit Program for agricultural lands in the Tule Lake Basin being developed by the North Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board. The ultimate goal of the meeting is to obtain sufficient feedback about the approach that TID and the RCD are proposing to take in order to handle the State program efficiently and effectively for the land owners and growers in the Basin.
